We are hiring Electrical Technicians from different regions of the world to join our construction sites across four cities in Germany.
Job Description
- Construction electricity works
- Installation of electrical lines from scratch in buildings (construction sites, workplaces, residential & commercial buildings)
- Industrial wiring and related tasks
- Preference for candidates with prior experience

- Graduation from vocational or technical high schools in Electrical/Electronics departments, or graduates of Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Applications without relevant graduation will be rejected
- CVs must include detailed work descriptions (companies, roles, responsibilities). CVs without detailed descriptions will be rejected
- Basic German language training is mandatory for non-speakers (1 month training provided by our teachers; continued by the employer after hiring)
- Diploma equivalence (nostrification) is an advantage but not mandatory. If required, our company will provide it via IHK Fosa. The company pays €600 upfront, while employees reimburse €200/month for the first 3 months after employment
- CVs accepted in any language (Turkish, English, etc.), but German CVs are processed directly without translation
- No travel bans, clean criminal record, no unresolved military obligations
Provided Opportunities
The following opportunities will be included in your employment contract. Changes may be made by mutual agreement between the company and employees. If you terminate your contract within 2 years, company-incurred expenses will be legally reclaimed.
- Invitation visa support with all expenses covered by the company
- Accommodation: Company housing available (€500 deducted from salary). If you arrange private housing, the allowance is paid without deduction
- Hourly wage: €14.5 – €17 (gross), based on qualifications and CV. Weekly working hours: 50–57 hours
- Annual leave: 20–24 days
- Diploma equivalence (nostrification) provided if you don’t already hold it
- Residence permits arranged by the company (all expenses covered)
- No fees at any stage – including translations, sworn translator fees, or contracts (all costs covered by the company)
