POSITION SUMMARY
Stray Voltage LLC is seeking a motivated electrician who is looking to take their career to the next level in the ever-growing telecom industry! The Wireless Electrical Lead is responsible for directing the workforce, delegating tasks, and completing them to accomplish the project. This role will work directly with the project manager to ensure the project stays on schedule and meets expectations. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
● Have an understanding and the ability to safely lead crew(s) and perform electrical work, including installation of switches, circuit breakers, grounding leads, and other electrical components.
● Measures, cuts, and assembles electrical conduit, wiring, and splicing as necessary.
● Performs circuit testing for continuity and safety after installation.
● Ability to work with Project Management, Field Supervisors, and Foremen in establishing job progress and determining inefficiencies.
● Understand the full Scope of Work (SOW) and specifications of the project assigned: communicating plan details to the Management Team.
● Ensure all safety requirements are being met throughout the project.
● Perform quality control checkpoints to ensure high QC/QA requirements and standards are met
● Coordinate labor and materials to be on-site in alignment with the Foreman and the Management Team.
● Manage progress and make adjustments as needed.
● Ensure all activities are completed according to the agreed-upon plan and specifications.
● Manage an organized work area and jobsite while ensuring all branded vehicles and equipment are maintained in a neat, clean, and organized manner.
● Accurately report to the supervisor hours worked, production, plan discrepancies, and completed quantities.
● Maintain professional relationships with owner, engineers, and worksite team members.
● Perform conduit placement, fiber placement, manhole placement, handhole placement, cable and fiber pulling, and inside conduit work.
● Read/comprehend tape measure, blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, work orders, instructions, formulas, and processing charts.

● Knowledge and understanding of the telecommunication construction industry standard practices.
● Knowledge of the NEC (National Electrical Code) preferred and OSHA safety standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
● High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required with equivalent experience
● Construction Management, or related field (Preferred)
● Minimum 2 years of wireless construction experience required.
● Wisconsin Master Electrical License (Preferred)
● Illinois Electrical License (Preferred)
● Experience with email, Project Management software, JHA/JSA (Preferred)
● Valid driver’s license required (CDL Preferred)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
● Requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers, reach, talk, hear, climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
● Requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
● Position may require travel to and from field sites to monitor the status of multiple projects
● Bend and stretch, lift, and move heavy objects many times across a shift
