Electrician - Testing

Job Overview

Electrician required to carry out EICR's in social housing, price per EICR.

We are seeking ECS gold card with 2391 or equivalent qualified electricians to join our growing team. The ideal candidate/s will have a strong understanding of testing/inspecting domestic installations, good communication skills and possess appropriate electrical qualifications. We are looking for sub-contractors for ongoing works with no end date, primarily in social housing.

Duties

• Carry out EICR's and complete test and inspect job sheets/certificates
• All work to be compliant with BS7671
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times, including the use/provision of PPE
• Be punctual, reliable, and hardworking
• Communicate clearly with the team and clients, and be respectful of others
• Maintain a clean and professional work area, van, and tools
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time
• 3-5 jobs per day

Requirements

Mandatory:

• ECS gold card
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• AM2
• 2391 Test and Inspect
• Public liability insurance

Necessary: Can be assisted with

• Working at Height (Can be provided)
• Asbestos Awareness (Can be provided)
• Manual Handling (Can be provided)
• Face fit certificate: This can be provided but will require either a clean shave or purchase of requirement level respiratory hood.

Pay: £200.00-£400.00 per day
