Electrician with Landscapes Experience

We are seeking a skilled and professional Electrician with a strong background in landscape installation and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience in outdoor electrical systems, including lighting, irrigation controls, and power supply for landscape features. This role requires a hands-on professional who can work independently or as part of a team to ensure safe, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing installations that meet both electrical codes and landscaping standards.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including wiring, conduits, switches, panels, and circuits.
• Assist in layout and installation of landscape lighting systems.
• Coordinate with landscape designers and supervisors to integrate electrical work into project plans.
• Install electrical components for water features such as fountains, ponds, and waterfalls.
• Support landscape teams with general outdoor tasks when needed (digging trenches, laying cables, backfilling, etc.).
• Inspect and maintain landscape lighting to ensure proper functionality and aesthetics.
• Maintain records of electrical work, materials used, and service reports.
• Follow safety regulations and ensure proper use of tools and protective gear.
• Identify potential hazards and report issues to the supervisor.
• Carry out electrical work for outdoor and landscape projects (pathway lighting, garden lighting, water feature wiring, etc.).
• Install and service electrical components of irrigation systems (controllers, pumps, timers).
• Conduct electrical testing, inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure safety and compliance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks on outdoor electrical equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with electrical codes and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma, trade certificate, or ITI in Electrical or related field.
• Valid electrician license or certification (as required by local regulations).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and safety codes.
• Experience installing outdoor electrical systems (lighting, irrigation controls, pumps, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and site plans.
• Experience with outdoor lighting design and installation.
• Basic understanding of irrigation systems, drainage, and landscape layouts.
• Familiarity with outdoor power tools and machinery used in landscaping.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical stamina for outdoor and manual work.
• Ability to work independently or in coordination with landscape teams.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Valid UAE driver’s license.
