Maintenance Technician (Plumbing, Electrical & AC)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for plumbing, electrical, and AC systems
Repair water leaks, blockages, pipes, valves, and sanitary fixtures
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical wiring, switches, sockets, lighting, and panels
Service, clean, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems
Diagnose faults and respond to emergency maintenance issues
Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and proper operation
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
Follow company procedures, safety rules, and local regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience in building or facility maintenance
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and AC systems
Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
Physically fit and able to handle maintenance tasks
Technical certificate or vocational training is an advantage
UAE experience is a plus
Work Environment:
Residential buildings, commercial properties, hotels, or facilities
May require shift work or emergency call-outs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
