Electricians & Electrical Improvers required

Company description;

We are an electrical company who specialises in residential installations across London. We pride ourselves on having an eye for detail and delivering a high end finish and level of workmanship across our projects which range from refurbishments and rewires to upgrades and general maintenance.

We are currently looking for engineers to join the team who will have the same level of workmanship and pride in the industry as we do. Vacancies for both electricians and improvers required.

Job description;

  • installing, testing and maintaining electrical systems and ensuring all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards
  • Be able to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents relevant to the installation work
  • Be able to work independently and as part of they team as well as with other trades and site managers to ensure the task or overall project is completed efficiently
  • Have good knowledge of fault finding and be able to problem solve effectively
  • Well presented and articulate in written and spoken English as communication with customers and other trades is essential
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored appropriately after use.

Applicants must be well presented, organised and have good time keeping, be able to manage time effectively to complete task lists and job appointments on schedule. Have a great eye for detail and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Should have a positive attitude and be able to work well under pressure and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times

  • This is self employed position (cis deductions and UTR number required), own hand and power tools required.
  • A company van will be supplied to the right applicant with parking and CC payed for using company accounts. A full UK clean driving licence preferred.
  • Applicants to wear company branded uniform which will be supplied

Experience;

  • must have at least 4 years within the same role
  • Good communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition
  • City & Guilds levels 2&3

Job type; Full-time, permanent

Average working week; Mon-Fri 8-4pm

Salary; £150-£250 per day (position and experience dependent)
