We are a well-established and growing electrical contractor based in Cambridge and are currently looking to recruit Electricians, Electrical Supervisors and Electrical Testers to join our team.

As a company, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality electrical installations and maintaining a supportive and professional working environment. We are Members of the JIB and the ECA, and we follow JIB rates as a guide, with rates negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Our company operates as an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), meaning that after one year of service employees become eligible for a tax-free bonus, giving everyone a direct share in the company’s success.

What We Offer

• Competitive pay (based on experience, following JIB rates as guidance)

• Overtime opportunities:

Roles We Are Recruiting

We are currently seeking experienced professionals for the following positions:

Electricians

• Installation and maintenance work across commercial and industrial projects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High standards of workmanship and safety

Electrical Supervisors

• Supervising teams on-site
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification
• Coordinating with project managers and clients

Electrical Testers

• Carrying out inspection and testing
• Completing certification and reports
• Ensuring installations meet current regulations

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• Relevant electrical qualifications
• ECS/JIB card
• Strong knowledge of current electrical regulations
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A professional and reliable attitude
