About The Role

Electro Mechanical Technician

Schedule- Monday-Friday, 3PM-11:30PM
Pay- $28-$35 per hour (BOE) + $100 weekly attendance bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative and corrective electrical maintenance to support uninterrupted production operations

  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, including motors, drives, control panels, PLCs, sensors, and wiring

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to power distribution, control circuits, and automated systems

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation

  • Install, test, and maintain electrical components on new and existing equipment

  • Support equipment upgrades, retrofits, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with OSHA standards and applicable electrical codes

  • Accurately document maintenance activities within the CMMS system

  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions

About You

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Associate’s degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology, Industrial Electrical Maintenance, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial electrical maintenance role

  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including 3-phase power, motor controls, and control circuits

  • Experience troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and automated equipment

  • Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters)

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints

  • Solid understanding of electrical safety practices, including lockout/tagout procedures

Preferred:

  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting or programming (Siemens or Allen Bradley)

  • Familiarity with CNC machinery and robotic automation

  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

  • Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
