Electro Mechanical Technician

Job Role: Electro-Mechanical Technician - Tetra Pak

Location: Jeddah

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electro, Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years in FMCG / beverage/dairy manufacturing (preferred)
• Experience in Tetra Pak filling lines is highly preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills (Electrical & Mechanical)
• Knowledge of motors, sensors, and pneumatic systems
• Basic understanding of PLC systems (diagnostics only, no programming required)
• Experience with preventive maintenance systems (TPM is a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Tetra Pak filling and downstream equipment
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
• Respond to breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime
• Identify and resolve issues related to sensors, motors, and pneumatic systems
• Perform basic troubleshooting on control systems (diagnostic level only)
• Escalate complex issues when required
• Support production during start ups and changeovers
• Assist operators in resolving basic machine issues
• Support installation and commissioning activities when required
