Hourly Pay Range: $27.00 to $44.80 plus $5/hr shift differential

Our Maintenance Team contributes to Palermo’s success by ensuring that our Plant operates at a world-class level with production uptimes over 98%

Support our production teams by maintaining and repairing all production lines, troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment.

Install, repair, rebuild and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment used in production, packaging, and all other plant areas.

Be involved in all aspects of equipment from installation to rebuilding, fitting, and aligning equipment to meet quality and efficiency standards.

Demonstrate strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills on controls such as, PLC’s, VFD’s, servos, robotics, and programable devices.

Proven ability to operate safely by following all food and people guidelines.

Utilizing knowledge from your 6+ years’ experience with mechanical repair, plumbing, welding, and electrical repair to facilitate seamless production functionality to deliver daily production goals.

Organized and methodical approach to problem solving – often in a time-sensitive, tight-deadline situation where accuracy is critical.

Designated lifelong learner with a strong interest in mastering new mechanical technologies.
