Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Electrolysis Specialist to join our innovative skincare and beauty team. In this role, you will provide expert electrolysis treatments, helping clients achieve smooth, hair-free skin through safe and effective hair removal techniques. Duties

• Perform professional electrolysis hair removal treatments using specialized equipment to target unwanted facial and body hair with precision and care
• Educate clients on the electrolysis process, aftercare, and maintenance to ensure optimal results and satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in strict accordance with health regulations and industry standards
• Utilize salon software, including MINDBODY, to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process payments efficiently
• Assist clients with complementary services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, dermabrasion, makeup application, nail care, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments as needed
• Uphold high standards of sanitation and safety protocols during all procedures to protect client health and comfort
• Stay current on the latest electrolysis techniques, industry trends, and certifications to continually enhance your skills

Experience

• Proven experience in retail sales of beauty or skincare products is preferred but not required
• Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetician specialties is highly desirable
• Hands-on experience with electrolysis equipment and techniques is essential
• Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms is a plus
• Knowledge of additional beauty services including botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, makeup application, barbering, nail care, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and laser treatments will be advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety regulations in all treatments

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
