Electronic and Instrumentation Foreman

To supervise and coordinate all electronic, low current, and instrumentation maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring system reliability, compliance with standards, and alignment with SLA/KPI requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic and instrumentation systems including BMS, fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and other low current systems.
• Lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper calibration and functionality of instrumentation devices.
• Review technical reports and verify completion of work orders.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of electronic / instrumentation systems.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Experience in Facilities Management, industrial plants, or large commercial facilities is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BMS, ELV / low current systems, fire alarm, CCTV, and access control.
• Experience with instrument calibration and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking.
