Job Summary:
The Senior Electronic Communications Design Engineer is responsible for leading the design, coordination, and delivery of telecommunications and extra low voltage (ELV) systems for complex building and infrastructure projects. This role ensures high-quality technical outputs, compliance with international and local standards, and effective multidisciplinary coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and documentation of telecommunications and ELV systems using Revit, AutoCAD, and related tools.

Conduct required technical calculations and ensure compliance with international/local codes and client requirements.

Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to produce integrated design solutions.

Review and prepare technical drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities.

Mentor and support junior engineers and drafting staff.

Participate in value engineering exercises and support construction-stage documentation.

Liaise with internal teams, external consultants, authorities, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering or equivalent.

Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (license to practice in Saudi Arabia).

Specialized training in telecommunications and ELV systems design and software tools.
Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software (preferred).

Strong knowledge of ELV and telecom design standards and technologies.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

High level of independence and attention to detail.

Culturally aware and able to work in a multi-disciplinary, international environment.
Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including in the Middle East.

Proven experience in design and drafting of complex building systems using Revit and AutoCAD.
