We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electronic Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. You will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and testing cutting-edge hardware solutions. Your primary focus will be on power systems, motor control, sensor integration, and embedded interfaces. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on engineer to take ownership of projects from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end hardware development, including schematic capture, PCB design (multi-layer), prototyping, testing, and validation.
  • Design, analyze, and optimize Switching Power Supplies (AC/DC, DC/DC) for various applications.
  • Architect and develop robust Motor Driver and Control circuits for:
  • BLDC (Brushless DC) Motors (including knowledge of control algorithms)
  • 3-Phase AC Motors
  • Single-Phase Motors
  • Design and implement precise interface circuits for sensors, including:
  • PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) Sensors
  • Current Sensors (e.g., Hall-effect, shunt-based)
  • Develop and integrate basic electronic circuits including:
  • Microcontroller-based systems (ARM, AVR, PIC, etc.)
  • Analog signal conditioning (op-amps, filters, ADCs/DACs)
  • Digital interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN)
  • Transistor-based driving circuits (MOSFETs, IGBTs)
  • Conduct thorough Hardware Testing & Validation using lab equipment, performing bring-up, debugging, and characterization.
  • Create detailed documentation including design files, BOMs, test procedures, and reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.S.c or M.S.c in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in electronic hardware design.
  • Proven, hands-on experience in the following areas is a MUST:
  • PCB Design (schematic & layout) with impedance control and EMC/EMI considerations.
  • Hardware Testing & debugging with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.
  • Switching Power Supply design and analysis.
  • Motor Driver Design for BLDC, 3-Phase, and/or Single-Phase motors.
  • Sensor Interface Circuits (PTC, Current Sensors).
  • Basic Hardware Design fundamentals (microcontroller peripherals, analog/digital circuits).

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • Proficiency with simulation tools (e.g., LTSpice, PSpice, SIMetrix).
  • Experience with PCB Design tools (Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, Allegro).
  • Knowledge of design for manufacturability (DFM), design for test (DFT), and relevant safety standards (UL, CE, IEC).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

We Offer:

  • A starting package of Rs1.25k per month.
  • Attractive performance-based incentives that reward your contributions.
  • Opportunity to work on challenging and innovative projects.
  • A collaborative and supportive work environment with strong opportunities for professional growth.
  • [Mention any other benefits here, like Health Insurance, Professional Development Funds, Flexible Hours, etc.]
