We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electronic Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. You will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and testing cutting-edge hardware solutions. Your primary focus will be on power systems, motor control, sensor integration, and embedded interfaces. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on engineer to take ownership of projects from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end hardware development, including schematic capture, PCB design (multi-layer), prototyping, testing, and validation.
- Design, analyze, and optimize Switching Power Supplies (AC/DC, DC/DC) for various applications.
- Architect and develop robust Motor Driver and Control circuits for:
- BLDC (Brushless DC) Motors (including knowledge of control algorithms)
- 3-Phase AC Motors
- Single-Phase Motors
- Design and implement precise interface circuits for sensors, including:
- PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) Sensors
- Current Sensors (e.g., Hall-effect, shunt-based)
- Develop and integrate basic electronic circuits including:
- Microcontroller-based systems (ARM, AVR, PIC, etc.)
- Analog signal conditioning (op-amps, filters, ADCs/DACs)
- Digital interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN)
- Transistor-based driving circuits (MOSFETs, IGBTs)
- Conduct thorough Hardware Testing & Validation using lab equipment, performing bring-up, debugging, and characterization.
- Create detailed documentation including design files, BOMs, test procedures, and reports.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- B.S.c or M.S.c in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in electronic hardware design.
- Proven, hands-on experience in the following areas is a MUST:
- PCB Design (schematic & layout) with impedance control and EMC/EMI considerations.
- Hardware Testing & debugging with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.
- Switching Power Supply design and analysis.
- Motor Driver Design for BLDC, 3-Phase, and/or Single-Phase motors.
- Sensor Interface Circuits (PTC, Current Sensors).
- Basic Hardware Design fundamentals (microcontroller peripherals, analog/digital circuits).
Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Proficiency with simulation tools (e.g., LTSpice, PSpice, SIMetrix).
- Experience with PCB Design tools (Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, Allegro).
- Knowledge of design for manufacturability (DFM), design for test (DFT), and relevant safety standards (UL, CE, IEC).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
