Responsibilities and Duties

· Identify, source, and evaluate suppliers for electronic components, materials, and equipment.

· Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.

· Review technical specifications and ensure components meet quality and project requirements.

· Develop and maintain supplier relationships; monitor vendor performance.

· Create and process purchase orders, follow up for timely deliveries, and resolve order-related issues.

· Track inventory levels and coordinate with store/production teams for timely replenishment. Evaluate new products and alternative components to optimize cost and performance.

· Maintain updated documentation, purchase records, and vendor databases.

· Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams for material approvals.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

Qualifications:

Education level: - Diploma / B.E in Electronics & Telecommunications

Technical skills: -

· Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

· Proficiency in SAP & TALLY.

· Ability to handle multiple suppliers and manage deadlines.

· Strong problem-solving and vendor management skills.

Experience: - 03 to 04 Years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
