Electronical Quality Engineer

Job Description

• Monitor and ensure the overall quality of electronic products throughout the production process.
• Read and interpret electronic schematics, technical drawings, and related documentation with accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain company quality documents, including quality manuals, procedures, and reference product samples (master/golden/reference samples).
• Support and actively participate in the introduction and implementation of new products.
• Collaborate with internal teams and relevant departments to resolve electronic product quality issues.
• Take part in root cause analysis (RCA), openly share insights, and challenge cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering, electronic science, or a closely related field.
• Experience or background in electronics manufacturing is considered an advantage.
• Strong interest and understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes, methods, and technologies.
