Position: Electronics Purchase Executive

Lateral Emsoft, with 19+ years of expertise, designs and delivers IoT-based hardware and software solutions across India, the Middle East, and 8–9 other countries. We are now expanding our production unit to meet growing demand and drive future innovations.

Responsibilities:

· Source and procure electronic components, raw materials, and consumables.

· Evaluate quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.

· Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement for production/R&D.

· Manage inventory levels and coordinate with stores, production, and accounts.

· Monitor market trends, compare suppliers, and ensure quality/cost efficiency.

· Maintain purchase records and ensure compliance with company policies/ISO standards.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Supply Chain/Procurement.

· 1–3 years’ experience in electronics procurement (freshers with strong knowledge may apply).

· Strong knowledge of electronic components and suppliers.

· Good communication & negotiation skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or purchase management tools.

· Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple suppliers.
