Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing final inspections on electronic devices before they are listed for sale. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that every product meets our quality standards and is accurately described for customers.

Quality Assurance Technicians verify that devices have been properly inspected, correctly graded for physical condition, and are clean, functional, and ready for the customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform final quality checks on laptops and other electronic devices before listing
• Verify devices have been properly inspected and tested throughout the repair process
• Confirm accurate labeling of device condition and specifications
• Ensure devices are clean, presentable, and ready for shipment or listing
• Identify and flag issues that may have been missed during earlier inspection stages
• Maintain organized workspaces and follow quality control procedures
• Communicate with technicians and team leads if discrepancies are identified

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Basic technical knowledge of electronics (laptop knowledge required)
• Ability to identify cosmetic and functional defects in devices
• Comfortable using computers and internal systems to verify device information
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Candidate must be comfortable standing for long periods of time and must be able to list up to 35 pounds regularly.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
