Electronics Sales Executive (Field + Telephonic Marketing)

Job Description:

We are hiring a motivated Electronics Sales Executive to handle field sales and telephonic marketing for industrial electronic products such as relay cards for PLC, generator start/stop modules, thyristor switches, custom PCBs, and other control hardware.

The candidate must have good communication skills, basic electronics knowledge, and must be target-driven. Candidates familiar with Pune industrial areas are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit industries and clients across Pune for product promotion.
• Telephonic sales, enquiry handling & lead generation.
• Explain products like relay cards, PLC accessories, Genset control modules, thyristor switch modules, custom PCBs.
• Build strong customer relationships and support clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Prepare basic sales reports and follow-up records.

Required Skills:

• Must have own bike for travel within Pune.
• Basic understanding of electronics and control products (training will be provided).
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Confident customer interaction and ability to explain technical products.
• Goal-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 12th / Diploma / Graduate (Electronics background preferred).
• Experience in industrial or electronics product sales is a plus.
• Candidates living in Pune preferred for easy travel.
