Job Summary:-

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electronics Site Incharge with prior experience in the solar robotics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, monitoring and troubleshooting solar panel cleaning robots, leading the site team, and ensuring smooth execution of projects. This role requires strong technical expertise in electronics, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide and support site executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise the site team for efficient project execution.
• Monitor the performance of solar panel cleaning robots across sites and ensure optimal functionality.
• Conduct regular site visits for robot inspections, performance reviews, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot robot-related issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Assist and train site executives in daily operations, maintenance activities, and reporting.
• Oversee robot assembly, installation, and commissioning at sites.
• Coordinate with the operations and technical team for smooth workflow and project completion.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, including performance data, troubleshooting logs, and maintenance records.
• Key Skills & Requirements :
• Diploma/Degree in Electronics field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in solar robotics or solar industry.
• Strong knowledge of electronic systems, troubleshooting, and robotics operations.
• Team handling and leadership experience with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently at sites with problem-solving mindset.
• Hands-on experience in robot assembly, testing, and maintenance.
• Willingness to travel frequently for site visits.
• Preferred Background Prior experience in solar robotics or automation industry.
• Exposure to solar panel cleaning robot operations will be highly preferred.
