As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Electronics Team Leader to expand our technical leadership, guide embedded engineering projects, and build high-performing engineering teams.

Job Overview

The Electronics Team Leader is a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing embedded systems, leading engineering execution, and mentoring engineering teams. This role blends embedded architecture, firmware development, project planning, and team leadership.

You will work closely with internal teams and clients, help define technical solutions, and support sales and business development by providing technical expertise, demos, and solution architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Design and architect embedded systems from concept to deployment
• Capture requirements, select components, and define system architecture
• Lead technical planning and contribute to client proposals
• Hands-on involvement in schematic review, firmware development, debugging, and prototyping

Internal Engineering Development

• Build internal tools, frameworks, and reference architectures for embedded and IoT systems
• Develop proof-of-concepts, demos, and technical assets to support sales efforts
• Maintain technical documentation, case studies, and knowledge base content

Team & Delivery Leadership

• Build, mentor, and manage embedded engineering teams
• Oversee technical execution on client projects
• Ensure delivery quality, performance, and adherence to engineering standards

Required Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years of professional experience in embedded systems or hardware engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with hardware prototyping and debugging
• Proficiency in C/C++ for microcontrollers and SoCs
• Experience designing embedded systems from scratch
• Technical leadership experience on at least one embedded product
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting and tooling
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows
• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, or similar)

Nice-to-Have

• Project management experience
• Team leadership or mentoring experience
• Advanced circuit design or signal processing knowledge
• Experience building internal tools or reusable frameworks
