Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Electronics Technician to assemble, repair, and maintain flight helmets and flight equipment for civil and military pilots. This is a hands-on, precision role at the core of our production and service operations, where quality and reliability are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble flight helmets and flight equipment for civil and military pilots, including interiors, communication systems, speakers, microphones, cabling, oxygen masks, and visors.
• Perform major and minor repairs, modifications, maintenance, and inspections of all flight equipment (helmets and oxygen masks) using a variety of diagnostic testers.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment in accordance with applicable manuals, technical instructions, and quality standards.
• Develop and conduct procedures for equipment inspection, assembly, fitting, and adjustment.
• Support records management and staff coordination for long- and short-term operations planning.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in the aerospace, aviation, defense / Ministry of Defense (MOD), or military equipment sector (mandatory).
• Background in Electronics & Communications Engineering (strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in the assembly, repair, and inspection of flight or precision electronic equipment.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and fine-assembly skills.
• Committed, reliable, professional, and trustworthy.

Mandatory Eligibility Conditions

All applicants must meet the following conditions to be considered:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in the aerospace, aviation, defense / MOD, or military equipment sector (mandatory).
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Currently residing in the UAE, with continuous residence in the country for at least the last 5 years.
• Applicants holding tourist or visit visas will not be considered.
• Professional references to be provided upon request.
