Electrophysiology Assistant

Job Summary:

The Electrophysiology Assistant will be responsible for conducting a range of neurodiagnostic tests including Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS), Evoked Potentials (EP), and Electroencephalography (EEG) under the supervision of the neurologist. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically proficient, and committed to delivering patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and assist in Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS) for diagnostic evaluation of peripheral nerve disorders.
• Conduct Evoked Potential (EP) studies (e.g., visual, auditory, and somatosensory).
• Set up, perform, and monitor routine and prolonged EEG recordings.
• Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the tests and ensuring their comfort.
• Maintain and calibrate neurodiagnostic equipment as needed.
• Accurately record and document test results for physician review.
• Follow established protocols, infection control, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with physicians and other clinical staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Keep patient information confidential and comply with data protection policies.

Education:

Doctor/ physiotherapy

(BHMS, BAMS, BPT/MPT or higher)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
