ELEMENTARY COMPUTER INSTRUCTOR

As a Computerwisekids Instructor, you will have the opportunity to work with elementary students from transitional kindergarten (TK) through 6th grade, instilling essential digital skills and fostering a love for technology. Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Computerwisekids Instructor, you will work closely with children aged 6 to 13 years old. We teach technology classes in elementary and middle schools, where we teach children essential digital skills such as digital literacy, safety, productivity, creativity, coding, robotics, and more. Our specialized software allows kids to become familiar with typing skills & mouse skills. You will teach them various applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, animation, graphic design, coding, robotics and programming. Your approach to instruction should foster students' confidence in their abilities, and you will be responsible for observing and managing classroom dynamics. We provide paid training.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge of basic computer fundamentals
• Proficiency in software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Nurturing and adaptable instructional approach
• Passionate about promoting computer literacy and academic excellence
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Preferred: Own reliable transportation
• Preferred: Background working with youngsters and/or experience with elementary and middle school students
