**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans across various subjects, ensuring alignment with educational standards and individual student needs.
- Deliver engaging and interactive instruction that fosters critical thinking, creativity, and a love of learning.
- Assess student progress regularly through a variety of methods, such as quizzes, tests, projects, and discussions.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
- Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles, interests, and abilities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with parents to discuss student performance, goals, and educational plans.
- Source and utilize a variety of educational materials, resources, and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes curiosity, exploration, and collaboration.
- Organize and facilitate educational activities, field trips, and social opportunities for homeschooled students.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in teaching.
- Strong knowledge of educational principles, curriculum development, and instructional strategies.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing student needs and schedules.
- Passion for lifelong learning and dedication to student success.
