Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• State teaching certification for elementary education is highly recommended.
• Experience teaching elementary grades in any subject is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of elementary education curriculum standards and pedagogical methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with students, faculty, and parents.
