Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bellville, TX, for an Elementary School Teacher. The Elementary School Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans aligned with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS), facilitating engaging classroom activities, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Additional duties include assessing student progress, maintaining classroom discipline, and integrating a biblical perspective into lessons across all subject areas. Teachers will collaborate with parents to support student development and achieve common goals for academic and spiritual growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Curriculum Development and proficiency in Elementary Education techniques
• Demonstrated abilities in Teaching and delivering engaging, structured instruction to young learners
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• A background in Education, including a bachelor's degree in education or a related field
• If a state teaching certification is not held, the teacher must be able to complete ACSI certification within the allotted time
• Commitment to faith-based principles and the ability to integrate biblical teachings into instruction
• Flexibility, patience, and a passion for nurturing students' academic, social, and spiritual growth
• Prior teaching certification or eligibility for certification in the state of Texas is a plus
