We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our Rockford school community for the upcoming academic year.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.

• Assess and monitor student progress using data-driven instruction.

• Create a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment.

• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success.

• Integrate technology and hands-on activities to enhance learning experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education or related field.

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with appropriate endorsement for the position.

• Experience working with elementary school students preferred.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
