Duties

• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting respect and responsibility among students.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices in education.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
• Support students with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum, through tailored instructional strategies.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of education administration principles and practices.
• Proficiency in curriculum development to create engaging lesson plans.
• Understanding of childhood development theories to support age-appropriate learning.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum is highly valued.
• Ability to provide effective tutoring and childcare support as needed.
• Excellent classroom management skills to maintain an orderly learning environment.
• Proven experience working with students in various educational settings.
• Background in early childhood education or early intervention techniques is preferred.
