Elementary Teacher

Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students and a strong commitment to educating young minds.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the requirements of the curriculum
- Provide a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages students' growth and development
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback to parents
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in the learning process
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student learning

Skills:
- Proficient in writing and communication skills
- Experience in tutoring or working with students one-on-one
- Knowledge of physical education principles for elementary students
- Ability in behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with Montessori or other progressive teaching methods
- Background in childcare or education administration is a plus
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum
- Passion for educating and inspiring young learners
