Elementary Teacher / ESE Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated ESE/Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating young minds and creating a positive learning environment for elementary school students.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the requirements of the school's curriculum
- Provide instruction in various subjects such as Math, Reading/ELA/Social Emotional
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to create a positive classroom environment
- Conduct standardized testing and assessments to evaluate student performance
- Offer tutoring and early intervention services as needed
- Engage in proofreading and editing student work to enhance literacy skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- State teaching certification
- Experience working with elementary school children
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively
- Nice-to-have skills: Physical education background, Library services experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,500.00 - $54,964.00 per year
