Elementary Teachers 4th and 5th grade

We are seeking a dedicated 4th and 5th grade Teacher to join our Christian school and inspire young minds. As a Christian Elementary School Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the spiritual and educational experience of our students for eternity.

Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the school's curriculum and our beliefs.
- Create a positive Christ-like learning environment for students
- Provide effective instruction in various subjects such as Bible, Math, English, Science, and Social Studies
- Utilize different teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Mentor and support students in their academic and personal growth
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a conducive learning atmosphere
- Administer and evaluate standardized tests to assess student progress
- Incorporate physical education activities into the curriculum to promote overall well-being

Requirements:
- No degree or teaching certificate necessary for this position.
- Proven experience in teaching elementary school students preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills to create an organized learning environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in Math and other core subjects
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues on educational projects
- Knowledge of education administration principles for effective school operation
- Experience in private school settings is beneficial, especially a Christian school or church background.
- Strong proofreading skills to assess student work accurately

Pay: $1,200.00 per month
