Elementary Tutor

The Job: We are seeking caring, patient, and fun instructors who can work with students attending Kinder through 6th grade in all of the following areas: reading, writing, and math.

Schedule: Must be available for at least three days :

Monday - Thursday 2:30-7:30pm

Saturdays 9:30am-12:30pm.

During summer Monday through Thursday 9:30-5:30pm.

Compensation: This is a great opportunity to earn extra income and to grow with us as we grow. Beginning pay is dependent on experience and subjects taught.

Minimum Qualifications: Previous teaching experience is not required but is a plus. However, previous tutoring experience, thorough content knowledge, a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university (or currently a strong student in year 3+ of a degree program leading to a Bachelor’s Degree), and an engaging, motivating personality are required. Candidate must live in close proximity to our center.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
