Internship Overview
This paid internship offers a structured and immersive learning journey, with completion of the full term expected. As an intern, you will support our creative and strategy teams across live projects, pitches, and day-to-day agency operations. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to ideation, concept development, execution, and client delivery. Expect real responsibilities, accelerated learning, and direct insight into how a fast-paced agency operates.

Eligibility
Applicants must hold a valid UAE parent, student, or spouse residence visa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing visual concepts, layouts, and design assets for social media, web, presentations, and campaigns
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, moodboards, visual references, and overall concept development
• Conduct research to support campaign strategies, creative ideas, and brand direction
• Create simple mockups and assist in preparing presentation decks (Keynote/PowerPoint/Canva) with clean, on-brand visuals
• Support the team with adapting and resizing existing designs for various platforms and formats
• Assist with basic artwork preparation (exporting files, organizing layers, naming files, packaging assets) for internal and client use
• Contribute to social media content planning and creation, including simple graphics, stories, and templates under guidance
• Participate in internal meetings, reviews, feedback sessions, and project briefings, updating designs based on revisions
• Support project managers with organizing deliverables, timelines, and maintaining asset libraries
• Stay updated on design, typography, cultural trends, platform innovations, and competitor activity—especially in luxury and beauty
• Provide general team support as needed (file organization, documentation, research, asset management, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

• Passionate about visual design, branding, and digital aesthetics
• Basic understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color, balance)
• Some experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva/Figma is a strong plus
• A proactive mindset and willingness to experiment, take feedback, and improve
• Strong communication skills and openness to collaboration
• Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn from others
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
• A portfolio, including, but not limited to, student work or personal projects, is a big advantage.
