Elevator and Escalator Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities Maintenance and Repair * Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on elevators, escalators, and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. * Respond to service calls and equipment breakdowns, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults. * Execute effective repairs or replace worn/defective components, including motors, control panels, wiring, ropes, gears, and door operating mechanisms. * Document all maintenance, repair, and service activities accurately and completely. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the maintenance, repair, and service of elevators and escalators. * Demonstrated experience with various manufacturers' equipment .
