Elevator Technician cum Salesperson

Job Description

We are looking for an Elevator Technician cum Salesperson with strong technical elevator knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven sales ability. The candidate will be responsible for elevator inspection, maintenance coordination, troubleshooting support, and actively promoting and selling elevator maintenance contracts, modernization solutions, and elevator systems to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect and monitor elevator system performance.

Identify elevator faults and coordinate maintenance activities.

Support troubleshooting and technical reporting.

Promote and actively sell elevator maintenance contracts and modernization solutions to clients.

Develop sales opportunities and convert leads into service agreements.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers for clients.

Coordinate with technical teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Follow up with clients to secure renewals, contracts, and new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of elevator industry experience.

Strong understanding of elevator systems and maintenance procedures.

Sales and client communication skills.

Ability to explain technical solutions to clients professionally.

UAE driving license is preferred.

Experience:

• sales with strong technical elevator knowledge: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving Licenses (Preferred)
