Elite Concierge RN – Private Duty In-Home Care

About the OpportunityElite Nursing Concierge Care is seeking top-tier Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional, one-on-one care in private residences.This is not a traditional home health role — this is concierge-level nursing for clients who expect clinical excellence, discretion, and a polished professional presence.Our nurses operate with autonomy, confidence, and attention to detail, providing care that goes beyond standard expectations. What You’ll Do

• Provide high-touch, individualized nursing care in a private home setting
• Support post-operative recovery, IV therapy, and complex care needs
• Maintain a calm, organized, and discreet environment
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and care coordinators
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner
• Anticipate client needs and deliver proactive, concierge-level service

Ideal Candidate ProfileThis role is best suited for nurses who:

• Are highly confident working independently (no on-site supervision)
• Have experience in private duty, concierge, or high-acuity home care
• Present themselves with professionalism, polish, and emotional intelligence
• Understand the importance of privacy, discretion, and boundaries
• Are reliable, responsive, and adaptable in dynamic environments

Requirements

• Active RN license (Ohio or compact)
• CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 3+ years RN experience
• At least 2+ years in private duty / concierge / high-acuity home care (REQUIRED)
• Experience with post-op care and/or IV therapy strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor

Assignment Details

• 12-hour shifts (day & night availability)
• Flexible scheduling based on client needs
• Mix of short-term recovery cases and ongoing assignments
