Job Description:
Hare Air Conditioning & Heating is hiring a proven residential HVAC in-home sales closer in the DFW market.

This is not a beginner role.
This is not for techs trying to get into sales.
This is not for people from unrelated industries.

This opportunity is for someone who has already produced at a high level and knows how to close replacement systems in the home.

We’re a young, fierce startup with the lead flow to keep proven closers busy.

What We’re Looking For:
You:

  • know how to control the sale from start to finish
  • can handle objections without dropping price
  • can close consistently on real leads, not just tech turnovers

You don’t:

  • blame lead quality
  • wait for perfect opportunities
  • make excuses when numbers are down

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Residential HVAC in-home sales experience
  • Must have sold replacement systems, not just service or maintenance
  • Must be able to show $3M+ in annual production
  • Must be comfortable running 100% marketed leads
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Professional appearance
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Run company-provided residential sales appointments
  • Present and close HVAC replacement systems
  • Deliver a strong customer experience
  • Work with leadership and operations to ensure clean execution
