The Role: Strategic Sales Manager in UAE Freehold

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Freehold Sales Manager to command our high-value property portfolio across premier UAE master communities. This role demands more than just sales proficiency—it requires genuine, on-the-ground experience navigating the unique dynamics of the Emirati real estate market.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

Candidates must strictly meet the following criteria to be considered:

  • 5+ Years of Direct UAE Real Estate Experience: Minimum five (5) years of proven, verifiable experience in property sales within the United Arab Emirates.
  • Freehold Specialization: A minimum of Five (5) years managing or leading sales teams specifically focused on freehold residential or commercial units in major UAE developments.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Deep and current working knowledge of RERA regulations (Dubai) and other relevant Emirates' property laws, registration processes, and investor visas.
  • Team Leadership: Proven track record of successfully managing, motivating, and coaching a multicultural sales team to consistently surpass aggressive targets.
  • High-Value Negotiation: Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value transactions with international investors and high-net-worth individuals

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Execution: Design and execute strategic sales plans tailored to specific project launches and phases, maximizing revenue across all channels (direct, and broker)
  • Performance Management: Set clear key performance indicator and monitor team performance daily, implementing continuous training and performance improvement plans.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Legal, and Property Development teams to ensure alignment on inventory, pricing, and campaign execution.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide continuous, actionable intelligence on competitor pricing, market sentiment, and macroeconomic trends impacting UAE freehold demand.
  • Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of professional ethics and regulatory compliance across all sales activities.
