With a legacy dating back to 1948, we produce high-volume, high-end apparel for the world’s most iconic brands and theme parks. We are looking for an "Elite" artist to join our production team.

The Role:

Our main focus is finding a real Art Separator who specializes in high-end, layered separations. You will be responsible for taking complex, high-detail artwork and breaking it down into surgical, production-ready layers for our high-speed automated presses.

Key Requirements:

• Expert Proficiency: Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are your primary tools.
• Layered Separations: You must be a master of separating artwork into clean, individual color layers (not just auto-seps).
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of simulated process, spot color, underbases, trapping, and halftones.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, and clients to interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into production-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and other design tools.
• Conduct quality control checks on all assets for visual accuracy, layout precision, and adherence to project specifications before final delivery.
• Production Mindset: Ability to prep files that maintain the highest quality across runs of 15,000+ units.
• Portfolio: Candidates must provide a portfolio that showcases actual production separation files/layers, not just finished illustrations.
