What We Offer

For Leadership Roles:

• Fixed salary up to AED 30,000
• 50% commission on self-sales (with no targets attached)
• 12% team overrides
• 3% company equity shares
• Quarterly appraisals of 10–16%

For Individual Contributor Roles:

• High fixed salaries
• Commissions up to 35% (quarterly slabs, no sales targets)
• 10% quarterly performance appraisals
• Access to exclusive marketing leads & premium developer tie-ups

For All Roles:

• 50% advance commission payouts
• Visa sponsorship from day one

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in real estate sales (Dubai/UAE experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation & client-handling skills
• Leadership capabilities (for senior roles)
• Drive to excel in a fast-paced, competitive market
