We provide the leads; you provide the signature. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will own the "Consult-to-Close" journey, transforming premium inquiries into high-margin revenue.

🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Close at Scale: Convert high-quality inbound inquiries into physical appointments and closed deals.
• Maximize the Deal: We don't just sell cars; we sell the full lifestyle. You will drive high penetration rates for Value Added Services (VAS) including Finance, Insurance.
• CRM Discipline: We live and breathe CRM . You will manage your pipeline with surgical precision—if it’s not in the CRM, it didn’t happen.
• Collaborate for the Win: Work alongside our Retention Specialists and Sales Ops Managers to ensure every "Be-Back" lead is hunted and closed.

• Proven Winner: 2–3 years of verifiable success in the UAE automotive trade. You have the numbers to prove your worth.
• Metric-Obsessed: You know your call-to-booking and booking-to-close ratios by heart.
• The "Closer" Mentality: You are relentless, professional, and motivated by high-commission targets.
• Process-Driven: You understand that a premium brand requires premium follow-up.
