Elite Shore Nanny / Flexible Care Specialist

From beach days and boardwalk outings to amusement parks, date nights, and in-home care, no two days are ever the same.

This is not your average nanny position. Our team provides hands-on, engaging care in dynamic environments while giving families the freedom to relax, explore, and enjoy everything the Shore has to offer.

Position Overview:
As an Elite Shore Nanny, you will provide high-quality childcare both in-home and on-location throughout the Jersey Shore. You will be matched with families needing consistent weekly care as well as special outing services. You must be confident, safety-focused, and excited to keep children engaged in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, hands-on childcare in homes and at Jersey Shore locations
• Supervise children at beaches, boardwalks, amusement parks, and family outings
• Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities that limit screen time
• Maintain safety in active, public environments
• Support daily routines including meals, naps, homework, and transitions
• Light child-related tidying and organization
• Represent Jersey Shore Elite Nannies with professionalism, warmth, and positivity

Qualifications:

• 2+ years professional childcare experience preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and comfort traveling locally
• Strong situational awareness and awareness of child safety in public spaces
• Energetic, engaging, and creative
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to pass background and reference checks
