ELV Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven ELV Sales Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, and manage key client relationships in the ELV sector. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in selling ELV solutions such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, SMATV, Gate Barriers, Intercom, PA Systems, and other low current systems within the UAE market.

Such as:

  • CCTV Systems (IP & Analog)
  • Access Control & Time Attendance
  • Structured Cabling (Cat6, Fiber)
  • SMATV/IPTV
  • Gate Barrier & Bollards
  • Intercom Systems
  • Public Address Systems
  • Home Automation
  • ANPR & Parking Management Systems
  • SIRA & Civil Defense compliance standards (UAE preferred)

Responsibility:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, residential, retail, and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry connections.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit technical & commercial proposals.
  • Review tenders, BOQs, and drawings.
  • Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for pricing.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Work closely with project managers and operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Follow up on payment collections as per agreed terms.
  • Strong client network in UAE construction & facilities sector.
  • Ability to read drawings and BOQ.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • CRM knowledge preferred.
  • Monthly sales target achievement
  • New client acquisition

  • Collection cycle efficiency
  • Lead conversion ratio
