ELV Department Coordinator

Job Summary:
The ELV Department Coordinator supports ELV project execution by coordinating site activities, documentation, material tracking, and communication between engineers, suppliers, and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate ELV site activities and project progress
  • Assist in scheduling, reporting, and documentation
  • Follow up with site teams for daily updates
  • Coordinate material delivery with suppliers
  • Support LPOs, quotations, and technical submissions
  • Maintain project records and as-built documents
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics or related field
  • 2–4 years ELV coordination experience
  • Knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control,etc.)
  • Good communication and MS Office skills
  • UAE experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
