ELV Document Controller

We are looking for an experienced ELV Document Controller to manage all project documentation for large-scale ELV projects. The role requires in-depth knowledge of material submittals, method statements, compliance preparation, and consultant approvals. The right candidate will have hands-on experience in handling complex documentation workflows for major projects in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit material submittals with full compliance to project specifications.
• Draft and manage method statements for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, etc.).
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities to secure timely approvals.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive documentation log for submittals, approvals, and revisions.
• Ensure documentation meets the requirements of MOI SSD and other authorities.
• Support the project team by providing accurate, organized, and up-to-date documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Document Controller for large-scale ELV projects.
• Strong understanding of ELV systems and related documentation standards.
• Demonstrated experience in consultant coordination and authority approvals.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document control systems.

Valid Residence Permit (Required)

Valid Qatar Driving License (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
