ELV Engineer

We are looking to hire a qualified and experienced ELV Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be familiar with UAE standards, possess a valid SIRA certificate will be the added advantage, and should hold a UAE driving license. The role involves design, installation, coordination, and supervision of ELV systems across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, test, and commission ELV systems
• Handle systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, SMATV, Intercom, Fire Alarm interface, and other low-current systems
• Ensure all work complies with UAE regulations and standards (SIRA, Dubai Police, Civil Defense, etc.)
• Prepare technical drawings, material submittals, method statements, and reports
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams
• Supervise technicians and subcontractors on-site
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and system optimization
• Attend site meetings and inspections

Skill Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of ELV experience in the UAE
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of UAE ELV standards and authority approvals
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with major ELV brands and systems
• Project management and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
