ELV Engineer (UPDA Certified)

Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified ELV Engineer to design, oversee, and implement extra-low voltage systems, with a heavy focus on CCTV and security surveillance. The successful candidate must hold a valid UPDA/MMUP Certification and possess deep technical knowledge of IP-based CCTV systems and Qatar's local security regulations (such as MOI-SSD standards).

Key Responsibilities:

• System Design: Design and specify ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm, and BMS.
• CCTV Specialist: Ensure all CCTV designs comply with MOI-SSD (Security Systems Department) requirements.
• Project Management: Supervise site installations, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems.
• Compliance: Liaise with local authorities for inspections and ensure all engineering works meet UPDA standards.
• Documentation: Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering.
• Mandatory: Valid UPDA/MMUP Engineering License (Grade A, B, or C).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in ELV projects.
• Specialized knowledge in CCTV systems (VMS, NVRs, Storage calculations, and camera placement).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ELV design software.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
