ELV Engineer (with SIRA Certification / Knowledge)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Engineer with hands-on UAE experience and strong CAD expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of ELV systems, ensuring compliance with SIRA standards and local authority regulations.

Experience: 1–2 Years (UAE Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare AutoCAD drawings for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm, Public Address, SMATV, etc.)
• Assist in project execution, installation supervision, and system integration.
• Ensure compliance with SIRA and civil defense requirements and project specifications.
• Conduct site surveys, prepare material submittals, and generate as-built documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers for technical and installation activities.
• Provide technical support during testing, commissioning, and maintenance phases.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure project timelines are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field.
• 1–2 years of UAE experience in ELV systems.
• Strong AutoCAD and schematic design skills.
• SIRA Certified or solid working knowledge of SIRA requirements.
• Good understanding of ELV systems design, configuration, and integration.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid UAE Driving License(Not Mandatory but it would be added advantage).
• Experience with security, surveillance, or access control projects.
• Familiarity with Civil Defense and Municipality submission processes.
