ELV Estimation Engineer

Job Title: ELV Estimation Engineer

Company Overview:
We are a smart solutions and ELV services company seeking a qualified ELV Estimation Engineer to join our technical and operations team. The ideal candidate will handle ELV BOQs, site coordination, procurement, and operational support across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ELV Design & Estimation

• Prepare complete BOQ for all ELV solutions.
• Systems include: CCTV, Home Automation (wired/wireless), KNX, Access Control, Access Points, Sound Systems, Intercom, and related ELV technologies.
• Create and update 2D ELV drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare technical proposals, estimations, quotations, and invoices.

2. Site & Client Coordination

• Conduct site surveys and technical inspections.
• Meet with contractors, consultants, and property owners.
• Support pre-sales activities with technical expertise.

3. Technical & IT Knowledge

• Strong understanding of IT networking, switches, routers, access points, and ELV infrastructure.
• Ability to design and review integrated ELV solutions.

4. Operations & Inventory

• Maintain and monitor complete inventory.
• Coordinate with site teams and fulfill their material and technical requirements.
• Handle purchases, price negotiations, and supplier follow-ups.
• Reconcile supplier dues and manage accounts payable.

5. Administrative Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly salary sheets based on employee attendance.
• Support project documentation and daily operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in ELV estimation, design, or related fields.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D for ELV drawings.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Home Automation, KNX, Access Control, and IT networking.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate site teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary starting from AED 3,000.00 (based on experience)
